日本柏市立酒井根國中管樂團成立於 2002 年，短短 6 年內曾 5 度取得決賽權，並 3 次獲得日本管樂比賽國中組「金賞」的榮耀。

這張於 2008 年發行首張 DVD ，即完整收柏市立酒井根國中管樂團歷年全國管樂比賽實況演出及在校生音樂發表會精選集。
