Norman Bearcroft ，退休的救世軍職員，曾長年擔任英國救世軍的秘書以及加拿大救世軍樂隊隊長。

為了慶祝 Norman Bearcroft 80 歲大壽， The Internaional Staff Songsters 、 The Household Troops Band 以及 Jacqui Proctor 、 Derick Kane 、 Kevin Ashman 等三位獨奏者合作演出慶祝音樂會，並穿插多位友人及其家人對 Noman Bearcroft 的祝賀，最後也邀請壽星上場表達感言。整場音樂會洋溢感恩與歡樂的氣息。
