「奇蹟之夜」，這是日本音樂評論家響敏也對於浪速管樂團 ( Naniwa Orchestral Winds ) 在 2003 年 5 月 4 日於大阪交響音樂廳 ( Symphony Hall ) 首場音樂會的評價。

相較於東京佼成管樂團 ( TKWO )、大阪市市民管樂團 ( Osaka Municipal Symphonic Band ) ，浪速管樂團對台灣大多數的管樂迷們來說是陌生的。這支樂團的性質就如同國內天使之翼交響管樂團，樂團成員清一色來自關西地區各個著名的交響樂團，如大阪愛樂交響樂團、京都市交響樂團等，並邀請關西地區的知名管樂指揮擔任客席指揮。

這張由日本 Brain Music 發行的音樂會實況錄音，收錄曲目風格廣泛，從英國作曲家霍爾斯特「 Second Suite in F for Military Band 」、美國作曲家 Norman Dello Joio 「 Variants on a Miediaeval Tune 」等經典曲目，至「 Passacaglia for Symphonic Band 」、「 Under the Flag of Glory 」等國人創作。
