2004 年第 58 屆 Midwest Clinic 音樂會實況系列 DVD。

Midwest Clinic 開始於 1946 年 12 月 7 日，主要以推廣新作品、介紹新的技術及產品做為音樂教育之用為主，參加人士多為樂團指揮以及音樂教育工作者。

目前， Midwest Clinic 已經發展成每年 12 月為期 5 天的音樂界盛會，期間除邀請許多知名團體、獨奏家演出外，另安排許多精彩的研習課程及經驗分享活動。

Virginia Wind Symphony 由 Dennis Zeisler 成立於 1994 年，樂團成員由各個層級學校的樂團指導及職業演奏家組成，目前已發行五張專輯。

本張 DVD 為該管樂團於 2004 年 12 月 17 日的演出實況，共收錄「 Each Time You Tell Their Story 」、「 Once More Unto the Breach 」等十首管樂作品。
