Christopher Tucker ，美國作曲家。 1976 年出生於美國德克薩斯州 ( Texas ) 布賴恩 ( Bryan ) 。

因出身軍人家庭，自小便經歷不斷搬家的經驗。在求學的過程中，起初對數理的學習較感興趣，也曾多次得獎。 Christopher Tucker 八歲時曾學習鋼琴四年，但並不感興趣，直到國中第一位音樂老師啟蒙，才點燃對音樂的熱情，加入學校樂隊學習豎笛演奏。高中畢業後，進入北德克薩斯大學 ( University of North Texas ) 學習音樂教育，並受作曲教授 Martin Mailman 啟發，轉入作曲組。畢業後，進入德克薩斯大學追隨 Dan Welcher 及 Donald Grantham 學習作曲，並取得碩士學位。

Christopher Tucker 創作曲風廣泛，除了管弦樂作品外，也有許多室內樂、獨奏器樂及合唱作品。

這張由 Mark Custom 發行的首張作品輯，除了名作「 Twilight in the Wilderness 」，另收錄 Christopher Tucker 為各級管樂團所創作的新作。
