Stephen Bulla ，美國知名管樂作曲家，畢業於美國波士頓 Berklee 音樂院，並取得作曲以及編曲學位。目前於美國海軍陸戰隊 ( U.S. Marine Band ) 擔任專職編曲工作，其作品皆由美國 Curnow Music Press 出版。

這套由美國 Curnow Music Press 出版公司於 2005 年發行的系列專輯，為目前市面上最為重要且完整的作品集，收錄其眾多具代表性的管樂作品。
