史密斯 ( Claude T. Smith ) ，美國知名管樂作曲家與教育家。

出生於美國密蘇里州門羅市的史密斯，畢業於中央美以美教會學院( Central Methodist College in Fayette ) 以及堪薩斯大學 ( University of Kansas )。爾後進入西南密蘇里州立大學 ( Southwest Missouri State University ) 教授作曲、音樂理論並指揮該校的交響樂團，活躍於美國、澳洲、加拿大與歐洲等地，擔任客席指揮之職。

1987 年辭世後，其妻子及女兒於 1993 年成立了 Claude T. Smith Publications, Inc. ，從事史密斯音樂作品的推廣工作。
